Hi, i’m stephanie - an active producer working in independent film and television. i have spent 17 years working in the entertainment industry, working with both seasoned and up-and-coming screenwriters and directors at all stages of the filmmaking process.

where I find my joy is in the collaborative process of moviemaking. it takes a very large village to make something for the screen, and as a producer, i get to be a part of every stage of assembling that village. However, over the years of working with screenwriters, i’ve realized how jarring this transition can feel — writers and writer-directors very often go from hours AND HOURS of working solo, to suddenly hearing many voices weighing in on their vision.

my specialty is helping guide creatives through this process — not only in my approach to COMMUNICATING notes, but also by fostering an environment that will help you learn to “kill your darlings” GRACEFULly, MAINTAIN YOUR unique VOICE AS AN AUTHOR, and speak the language of “notes” fluently.
